Rachel Gales is a Solicitor within the Corporate Department at the Eastbourne office, and has been with the firm since 2002. Rachel advises on corporate and commercial matters. She deals with share and asset sales, general commercial matters and also deals with a diverse range commercial property transactions.
Rachel also assists senior members of the corporate team with high value international mergers, international and UK based consultancy agreements, leisure trusts, intellectual property matters, both charity and company incorporations and company re-structures. In respect of her commercial property experience she deals with a diverse range of commercial leases on behalf of both landlord’s and tenants, freehold acquisitions, agricultural property, leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage matters and general landlord and tenant issues.
Before joining the firm, Rachel graduated with Law degree from Southampton University and achieved her postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice at BPP Law School in Holborn, London.
Outside of work Rachel is involved with local community including being an active member of her local church, running various events for young people in Eastbourne. She is also a keen runner and enjoys dog walking, cycling and football.
