Ruby Dinsmore is Solicitor within the Employment Team and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since September 2007.
Ruby deals with a range of contentious and non contentious cases, including the defence of tribunal claims, and drafting of employment contracts and handbooks. In her first year with the firm she worked in the Litigation and Family Department in the Brighton office.
Before joining the practice Ruby obtained a Masters in Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and then studied law at the University of Sussex and the College of Law in Guildford.
Ruby has worked for IBM Ireland and BT in their Dublin and Gatwick offices as an International Project Manager, and more recently as a Business Improvement Consultant. Ruby is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
At work Ruby is especially interested in discrimination law. Outside of work she enjoys music, drama and is currently learning French.
