Nick Sanders is a Partner and Team Leader within the Commercial Property Department, and has been working for Mayo Wynne Baxter since 1997, when he joined the predecessor firm, Wynne Baxter.
Nick is responsible for managing the Commercial Property Team; ensuring they operate efficiently, and helps maintain the overall marketing strategy within the division.
Nick undertakes a range of client work and his specialities include the sale and purchase of licensed premises and advising clients including a local brewery and a substantial local college with regard to property related transactions. Nick acts for numerous local businesses in Lewes, handling leasehold and freehold commercial property related work, refinancing and property portfolios. Nick is also an honorary Solicitor to Lewes Chamber of Commerce, and board member of the Sixth Form Learning Board at Sussex Downs College.
At work Nick is constantly driven to improve business development for the group, and developing the Commercial Property Team. In addition to this, he helps business clients achieve their objectives. Outside of work Nick enjoys photography, art and natural history.
