Partner
Ian Coombs is a Partner and senior member of the Property Team and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 1987.
Ian specialises in complex areas of property transactions, including leasehold enfranchisement and property disputes. Before joining the firm, Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1975, after which he worked for a local practice as a Partner, before becoming a Partner with predecessor firm Mayo and Perkins in 1987.
At work Ian is continuously focused on developing the Property Team and providing a comprehensive service to his client base.
