Chris Strutt is a Partner and Head of the Property Department, and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter for over 25 years. Chris manages the property team across five offices, and as department head, is fully involved with all types of residential property client work.
Before joining the firm Chris obtained his Law degree at Liverpool University, after which he achieved a postgraduate diploma at Guildford Law School. He then joined the predecessor firm Mayo and Perkins as an Articled Clerk in 1982, and has been with the firm ever since.
At work Chris is continuously striving to improve and evolve his entire property team, and to that end applies his in depth personal knowledge and experience of conveyancing work. Outside of work Chris enjoys music, reading and trilobites.
