Chris Randall is Mayo Wynne Baxter's Managing Partner and is responsible for managing all aspects of the practice which has evolved to a size that requires his expertise and operational direction.
Chris also manages the firm’s finances, the way it deals with clients and staff, and all aspects of compliance with regulatory bodies. He is also the group’s Client Service Partner and oversees a small caseload of client litigation matters.
Before joining the practice Chris trained with a London firm, after which he qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Soon after, Chris was a board member and Partner within the litigation department and in 2007 became Managing Partner. He is accredited as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
At work Chris is an ambassador for the practice and is constantly driven in developing the legal departments to achieve their full potential. Outside of work Chris sings in a band called ‘Going South’, which involves practicing weekly and the occasional gig. He also enjoys gardening and seeing family and friends.
