Mayo Wynne Baxter represents both private and commercial clients in all types of property related disputes. The Litigation Team advises clients with disputes arising out of rights of way, boundary issues and property ownership. They have wide experience in dealing with property disputes before the court, before the Land Registry Adjudicator and before the Lands Tribunal.

For the commercial client, our team has experience in obtaining possession from tenants, licensees and squatters, disrepair actions and dealing with all manner of landlord and tenant disputes and lease renewals. We also have extensive experience in residential property landlord and tenant issues including possession and disputes arising out of a breach of the terms of a tenancy agreement.

Our Litigation Team liaise closely with our Conveyancing and Commercial Departments in respect of the issues that arise in property disputes, to ensure the most positive outcome is achieved.
