When you open a General Employment Advice File with Mayo Wynne Baxter you can call on a member of the Employment Team for any “ad hoc” employment queries that you may have.

Unlike some schemes, you will not be charged when you do not need advice. Fees will only be incurred when you need us. You decide.
If you do seek advice at any time we will bill you for the time involved on a monthly basis.
What will those costs be?
We will agree an annual cap on costs with you (typically up to £3,600 plus VAT for SME’s and not for profit organisations).
This means that you will have the comfort of knowing that during the 12 month lifespan of the file you will not be charged more than the agreed cap.
In every respect you will be in control of your legal spend.
The General Employment Advice File is best suited to smaller matters. If we find that a particular issue is likely to take more than 4 hours then we will open a separate file dedicated to that matter. For example any matter subject to litigation would require a separate file.
