Stephen Wilmot

Stephen now divides his time between family law  and personal injury cases.

With clients across Kent and Sussex Stephen specialises in resolving the financial and property issues that come with relationship breakdown. He is also experienced in care proceedings for children - representing grandparents and siblings as well as parents.  

Stephen joined the Law Society's Family Law Panel in 2001 and has served on the Personal Injury Panel since 1998. He became an accredited Association of Personal Injury (APIL) litigator in 2005.

He is married and has three children. Following his interest in historic architecture Stephen volunteered for the National Trust at Sissinghurst Castle. He enjoys cycling and has completed the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton bike ride four times.
