Rebecca has an impressive background of experience. Whilst working towards her Law Degree, Rebecca volunteered at the Students Union Advice Centre and helped establish and run an award winning pro-bono project- 'Street Law' which taught aspects of the English legal system to local school children. She then went on to gain a Distinction at Law school, whilst also volunteering at the National Centre of Domestic Violence to help sufferers of domestic violence gain legal protection. In between all this, Rebecca managed to take a gap year where she travelled to New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia and India. Before starting at Mayo Wynne Baxter, Rebecca worked in London as a Paralegal in a Dispute Resolution Department in a magic circle firm.
Rebecca looks forward to gaining experience in the Litigation and Probate, Trust and Wills Departments. Her particular interest at the moment is the firms work in contentious probate which combines these two areas of interest.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling, being back in Sussex after 3 years in London and making the most of the beautiful countryside and coastline that it has to offer.
