Nick heads up the firm's Property Team and undertakes a wide range of client work, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, both freehold and leasehold, including licensed premises.

Nick advises a range of clients, including a well known local brewery, as well as various pubs, clubs and restaurants. 

Nick also handles joint ventures and the re-financing of property portfolios, as well as transactions involving unincorporated businesses. He is also an honorary Solicitor to Lewes Chamber of Commerce, and board member of the Sixth Form Learning Board at Sussex Downs College. Nick holds a BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. 

Outside of work Nick enjoys photography, art and natural history.
