Emma Grose-McCall

Solicitor

Emma Grose-McCall is a Solicitor within the Clinical Negligence Department, based in the Brighton office, and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter Since September 2009. Emma works on a varied caseload, consisting of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

She also assists senior members of the team with high value clinical negligence and Personal Injury cases arising from catastrophic injuries.

Before joining the firm Emma attained her Law and Accountancy degree from Brighton University, after which she gained her LPC at the Inns of Court School of Law in Central London. She then joined the Catastrophic Injury Team at Davies Lavery as a paralegal. With this experience she then moved to Morgan Cole as a Litigation Executive, where she dealt predominantly with pre-action and litigated files.

Emma commenced her training with the firm in September 2009, and qualified into the Clinical Negligence Department in March 2011. She is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

At work Emma has particular interest in Employers Liability claims and complex schedules of loss. Outside of work she enjoys water sports, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
