Clare Wells manages the administrative functions within the HR Team as well as the recruitment and induction of new staff.
Clare joined the firm in 2001 having previously worked as a Secretary and Personal Assistant.
Since joining, Clare has worked in the Residential Property Department as a Conveyancing Assistant in Eastbourne and Lewes, before moving to the HR department in 2009 to take on a new challenge.
Clare's other responsibilities as a HR Assistant include maintaining staff records, answering HR queries, taking and distributing minutes of staff liaison meetings and preparing payroll.
Outside of work Clare enjoys motor racing (spectating rather than taking part!), walking, cooking and photography.
