Alex is based at the firm’s Brighton office where he heads up the firm’s Corporate team. Alex’s specialist areas include business sales and acquisitions, MBO’s; MBI’s, joint ventures, franchise agreements, distribution and agency agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership law, business trading terms, company formation and restructuring. Alex also advises on E-commerce contracts, Intellectual Property law, website terms of trading, Information Technology contracts.
