Robert Williams
Robert is the head of the Family Department and is based at the firm’s Lewes office. A specialist family law solicitor, Robert is a member of Resolution. Robert has been accredited by Resolution First for Family Law as a Specialist Family Lawyer, with particular expertise in Advanced Financial Provision and Emergency Procedures in Ancillary Relief. Robert is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Roger Glan Davies
Roger has over 30 years’ experience of the law of which 10 were as a barrister with a leading set of London Chambers. He specialises in matrimonial finance and private children’s matters. Roger is an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

Linda Lamb
Linda, who is based a the firm’s Brighton office, specialises in family law and is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel and Children's Panel, as well as the Law Society Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel and the Eastbourne Domestic Violence Forum. She is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a Family Mediator with the Family Mediators Association. Linda is also a qualified collaborative lawyer.

Sarah Jelly
An experienced family law solicitor, Sarah joined the firm in 2001 having spent many years working as a Partner and head of Family Law at a Lewes firm. Sarah is based at the firm’s Tunbridge Wells office where her areas of expertise include the breakdown of relationships (married couples or people living together), private law children cases and financial matters. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and an Accredited Specialist Member of Resolution. She is also a qualified Mediator and a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Kate Limbert
Based at the Tunbridge Wells office, Kate specialises in financial mediations as well as children disputes. As well as being a trained mediator, Kate deals with all areas of family breakdown, with a particular interest in high value financial settlements; pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements. Kate is a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and a Member of the Law Society’s Family Panel.

Lisa Burton-Durham
Lisa has many years experience of Family Law having worked in the Family Law Department at the firm for over 15 years. After a period of study and training she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006. Lisa has a particular interest in Children law cases.

Gemma Hope
Gemma trained with the firm and upon qualification as a Solicitor in 2006, joined the Family Law Team. Moira Woodhouse
Moira obtained her law degree at Sussex University and successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London. Following this, Moira began a two year training contract with Mayo & Perkins, having previously undertaken vacation work within the firm and qualified in September 2005. She is now a solicitor within the Family Department.
