Stuart Grace

Stuart has practised as a solicitor for over 15 years and specialises in the representation of people who face accusations pursued by the police and other government agencies such as Tradings Standards, Health and Safety Executive and RSPCA, to name but a few. His 15 years’ experience has involved daily attendances at Courts and Police Stations in the south east although he has travelled the length of the country on occasion. Due to the nature of his work he has had conduct of cases which range from road traffic matters to murder and complex fraud.

Adam Bailey.

Adam Bailey

Adam Bailey has over 10 years’ experience working in the field of criminal law exclusively for the defence. He is qualified through the Law Society as an Accredited Police Station Representative which enables him to represent clients who are detained at the Police Station and who require legal assistance. Adam also manages the Crown Court Department and throughout his career has dealt with cases ranging from minor road traffic offences to murder.

Magdalena Biglou.

Magdalena Biglou

Magdalena went to University in 1996 in Hertford, and since completing a three year Law Degree (LLB) has since worked for London Firms in their Criminal departments. A qualified solicitor, Magdalena joined the firm in 2005 and is based at the firm's Eastbourne office. She is also an accredited police station representative and is therefore able to represent clients in police stations.

Val McIntosh.

Val McIntosh

Val McIntosh attends the Crown Court for most of the departments for trials or short hearings and has done this since 1993. Val also attends conferences with counsel and clients, and corresponds with clients after hearings to confirm the outcome.
