Karim Mohamed

Karim is an accredited mediator who advises on commercial litigation/dispute resolution on a wide range of cases. Helen Bell

Helen is an accredited mediator who works within the Dispute Resolution Team advising both commercial and private clients in relation to disputes arising out of contract and negligence and particularly specialises in property litigation. Helen’s experience in property disputes include disputes on title, adverse possession, rights of way and boundary disputes, obtaining possession from tenants, licensees or squatters and all types of landlord and tenant issues.

Kate Limbert

Based at the Tunbridge Wells office, Kate is a trained mediator who works within the Family Team specialising in financial mediations and children disputes. Kate deals with all areas of family breakdown, with a particular interest in high value financial settlements; pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements. Kate is a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and a Member of the Law Society’s Family Panel.
