Our fees are based on the value of the case and apply to each party.

£50,000 - £750

£100,000 - £950

£200,000 - £1,250

£500,000 - £1,600

£1,000,000 - £2,000

Over £1,000,000 - Negotiable

 

If the matter has no ascertainable value (eg a boundary dispute) there is a minimum fee of £650 per party.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. The parties are also responsible the travelling expenses of the Mediator and the cost of the venue.

Fees are payable 14 days in advance of the date (or dates) set for the mediation and a supplementary invoice will be delivered, (if necessary), after the mediation to cover items not previously covered. Cancellation fees may also apply.
