Alex is based at the firm’s Brighton office where he heads up the firm’s Corporate team. Alex’s specialist areas include business sales and acquisitions, MBO’s; MBI’s, joint ventures, franchise agreements, distribution and agency agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership law, business trading terms, company formation and restructuring. David Lawrence

David is a member of the Commercial team and is based in Brighton. He specialises in a wide range of local retail market transactions from high street shops to major new developments. David undertakes a broad range of work in the local and regional retail market including commercial conveyancing, business lease renewals, business sales and purchases, lease acquisitions, and general landlord and tenant work. A specialist in Licensing Law, David is also a BIIAB approved tutor to teach the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal License Holders, the BIIAB National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners, and the BIIAB Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing.
