Fixed Fee Advice

We have also developed a fixed fee scheme for repossession of properties let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Our team has have seen a marked increase in the number of landlords requiring advice on how to evict tenants and recover rent arrears on a cost effective basis. Many landlords indicated that they are themselves financially reliant upon the receipt of rent payments and cannot allow their tenants to run up arrears. 

In addition to the above we have developed a fixed fee scheme for recovery of residential services charges.
