I am pleased to report that our team of walkers successfully completed the 10km last night. It took us on a lovely scenic route over the downs towards Beachy Head and finished on the seafront. Not that we were at all competitive you’ll understand, but we were however the first legal team in past the finish line, coming a very respectable third in the whole walk. Save for an Everest-like hill and a spot of vertigo on my part, we all had a great time!
On behalf of the team, who were Rebecca Haywood, Jackie Alexander, Agheta Khalique and me, I would like to thank those who have sponsored us so far.
There is still time to make a donation to the Citizens’ Advice Bureau via our Virgin Money page, or more conventionally if you prefer, via our sponsor forms.

The whole walk has apparently raised over £1000 to date, and the total money raised is expected to be double that once all of the money is collected in.
I have posted some photos sent to us by the organisers to our Facebook Page. We are there somewhere I promise…our official photos may follow pending approval by all the team!
Thanks again,
